I never got past high school algebra, but my daughter who is a freshman at the University of Chicago just got an A in her first term of calculus. Now THAT'S magic!
YAY FOR YOUR DAUGHTER! It took me four tries to pass basic calculus at Penn State. I am always in awe of those who do well in mathematics. May she enjoy continued success in her educational endeavors!
Thank you. My daughter amazes me all the time with her academic achievements. And people who can "do numbers" blow my mind. It's like a whole different kind of poetry.
My robe is of green, My crown is of stars— The grass is the green And the daisies the stars: O'er lochan and streamlet My breath moveth sweet ... Bonnie blue lochans, Hillwaters fleet.
The song in my heart Is the song of the birds, And the wind in my heart Is the lowing of herds: The light in my eyes, And the breath of my mouth, Are the clouds of spring-skies And the sound of the South. Grass-green from thy mouth The sweet sound of the South!

The derivative of e^x is also e^x? Unpossible!
See, Sonny saw that and he got it. But I was like, when did they start using carrots in math?
